It looks as if the new Friday 13th movie as lost it's director
David Bruckner.
Bruckner was attached to direct from a screenplay penned
by Nick Antosca, that would have taken us all back to the
1980's when Jason Vorhees was terrorizing campers.
It seems now that Paramount wan't a modern take on the
movie and are bringing in Aaron Guzikowski to pen a new
script for Paramount and Platinum Dunes.
The movie has been shifted to January 13, 2017 in order to
allow more time for development.
