Alien: Covenant - potentially spoilers and new details revealed

The following contains a plot spoiler for the Prometheus sequel, Alien: Covenant. You have been warned!

Prometheus, then Alien: Paradise Lost, now Alien:Covenant
will be the first of what will be a new trilogy of Alien prequels that will start to film in early 2016. 

It seems as we grow closer to the shoot date in Australia,
Ridley Scott has been dropping hints about what we are to 
expect from  the next Alien prequel. 

But a particularly bit of information has come out about the 
android character David, played by the great Michael Fassbender. 

In simple terms We will see two versions of the android David
in Alien: Covenant. The source comes via Scified, which has 
uncovered two separate reports from Australian news outlets.  

"Scott said it would follow on from 2012’s Prometheus and would have Michael Fassbender returning as both android David and a doppelganger."

The website SBS backed that up with the following:

"Scott said Alien: Covenant will pick up from the end of Prometheus, and see Fassbender playing two versions of his android character, David."

Lori Petty Cast In Gotham

And the Villain's to Gotham just keep coming. 

The folks over at Variety have reported that Lori Petty has 

been cast in Fox's Gotham.  

It is believed that Petty will be an integral part of the 

upcoming Matches Malone story Arc. 

Petty will be playing a character known as Jeri, who is 

described as a flamboyant and enigmatic hostess of an 

underground club where mass murder and art are celebrated

in equal measure. 

Jeri will play a role in giving clues to the young Bruce Wayne 

during his hunt for his parents killer, but she and her gang 

of maniacs are less helpful when Jim Gordon comes sniffing

around.

WOW, WOW AND WOW 

It is here, the trailer for the new 

Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice. The trailer 

premièred on last nights Jimmy Kimmel Live. 

We get to see what appears to be the first meeting between

Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne, and the story that leads to 

them both wanting to kick each others arse. 

But Batman and Superman must put aside there difference's

to fight, DUM DUM DUM

Patton Oswalt Joins ‘MST3K’

It looks as if ''Marvels Agent Of Shield Star'' and funny man 

Patton Oswalt will be joining the new series of ''MST3K'. 

The Kickstarter funded ''Mystery Science Theatre 3000'' 

series cast keeps growing. It was announced last week that 

Felicia Day would star as the show's primary antagonist, 

and now Patton Oswalt will play Day's henchman, TV's son 

of TV's Frank. 

Predator sequel: screenwriter offers update

The Predator sequel, reboot, whatever the studio's are 

calling it nowadays had completely gone of my radar, until 

now. 

The forthcoming Predator movie has been described as both

a sequel and a reinvention of the franchise by producer 

John Davies. 

We also know that the movie will be directed by Shane Black

who is also co-writing the film with Fred Dekker. 

Fred Dekker reveals that he has just turned in the latest draft

for the movie, and he believes that the Predator film is the 

most entertaining way to reinvent the franchise. 

It will be quite some time before we see exactly how the 

Predator will be reinvented, but I'm a little intrigued. 

  

GOTHAM FINDS IT'S MATCHES MALONE

It seems that more villain's have been added to the show 

Gotham, I now wonder if the 3rd season will be rise of the 

hero's. 

You may all remember back in Episode 10

 ''The Son Of Gotham'' Silver St Cloud mentioned the name 

M. Malone as the murderer of Thomas and Martha Wayne. 

Well genre actor Michael Bowen has been cast as M. 

Malone, also known as Patrick '''Matches'' Malone.

In the comic books, Matches Malone has ties to Batman, 

but not as the killer of his parents. In the comics Malone 

was a lesser criminal who died during a heist. Batman then

covered uo his death in order to use the identity of Malone 

to go undercover in Gotham's underworld. 

Fox are describing there version of Malone as one of 

Gothams deadliest killers they go on to say

'' Malone is a weathered, philosophical hitman who may be the triggerman behind one of the most important crimes in Gotham's history''.  

All I can say is I hope season 3 brings on the Heroe's to 

handle all these villain's.
