'Conjuring’ Team Reunite For ‘The Entity’ Remake

The most terrifying 80's horror movie The Entity, is the next classic horror to be given a remake according to our resources.

For those of you who can not remember or for those of you that wasn't even around to see this movie, the basic premise is that a young woman is tormented and sexually molested by an invisible Entity hence the title.

The Entity remake is getting the remake treatment from the creative force that brought you the Conjuring. James Wan best known for directing fast7, insidious, saw and dead silence will produce the remake with brothers Chad and Carey Hayes on board to pen the script.

Wes Craven To Develop The People Under The Stairs TV Series

Deadline reports that Wes Craven has signed a deal with Universal Cable Productions to develop The People Under The Stairs for syfy. Micheal Reisz (shadowhunters) is set to write the adaption and will executive produce with Craven. Craven has also signed on to direct the potential pilot.

We have no footage or anything of the new series at the moment, so here is a trailer for the 1991 film of The People Under The Stairs For those who know of what I speak.

Ian Mckellen Puts A New Spin On Sherlock Holmes

Mr. Holmes is a new twist on the worlds most famous detective. An aging Sherlock Holmes is now living in a remote seaside farm house, spending his day tending to his bee's. The only company for him are is housekeeper and her young son Roger. Grappling with diminishing powers of his mind, Holmes comes to rely upon the boy as he revisits the circumstances of an unsolved case that forced him into retirement. 

Over the past few years we have had many re-imaginings of the great Sherlock Holmes, from the ongoing film series staring Robert Downey JR, to the BBC's Sherlock and CB'S Elementary and now we have the great Sir Ian Mckellen who plays the classic character near the end of his life.

New Dinosaur Revealed In Official Jurassic Park Trailer

 Once again a group of humans have decided to build a tourist attraction, that is filled with prehistoric dinosaurs. Jurassic World again echoes Jurassic Park in a lot of ways, and again it seems we have a lot of bickering whether this is a good idea or a dangerous idea, and again the people who hate the idea are proved right, when the prehistoric predators escape and try to take over the park.

But what we have all been waiting for, and what we are here for is the dinosaurs, and I must admit they do look impressive, and from the looks of things the new Indominus Rex is living up to is expectations as the most fearsome dinosaur to ever be displayed at Jurassic World.

Fantastic Four Trailer 2 - Doom Is Coming

Here it is the second trailer Marvels fantastic 4, and do excuse the pun but it looks fantastic, not only do we get more of a sense of what the story is about, but also we get to see, some of the powers in action. Not only this but we get to see the Thing in all it's glory.

David Hasslehoff - 'True Survivor' Kung Fury Music Video

Kung Fury sounds awesome, it is an insane looking martial arts comedy with a plot-line to die for. The plot see's a renegade cop going back in time to kill Hitler ''The Kung Fuhrer''.

If that was not enough for the successful Kick-starter project for this movie  is getting a boost in the form of the music video 'True Survivor' The Kung Fury theme-song staring 80's icon David Hasslehoff.

Dr Who Movie - Sony Leak

Yes they are talks for a Dr Who Movie. Hollywood had plans for a Doctor Who movie is the latest reveal from the Sony computer hack. 

It is reported that there was a huge interest in a Dr Who Movie during a meeting with Sony and the BBC later last year, but no plans where finalised. Information of the meeting was disclosed in a hacked email which was made public via wikileaks. 

Danny Cohen the BBC's director of television sat down with Andrea Wong Sony's international chief Andrea Wong to have a chin wag over the possibility of a Dr Who movie. The pair discussed a big screen adaption, but Cohen made it clear that the shows runners have no interest in doing a movie, at the moment in time. That been said the show runners are coming up with an eight year time line as we speak, so will a Hollywood movie be thrown in the works?
