The role of Hugo Strange has been cast, and the part has
been given to Jurassic Park/world actor BD Wrong.
Wrong will portray Arkham Asylum overseer later in
in season 2 of Gotham.
Hugo Strange is one of the oldest and one of my favorite
Batman Villians, he pre-dates the like's of Catwomen and
the Joker.
We can expect Wrong's version to pick up with Stange at
a much earlier stage of his career than we maybe used to
seeing.
The news was broke by USA today, as well as releasing
the following character description.
"He’s hired to help the city’s criminally insane, but Strange has a nefarious streak as well: The professor is also conducting experiments on inmates and testing extraordinary abilities in order to create superhuman folks for Indian Hill."
