A while back we heard that, Guillermo Del Toro was writing
a script called Justice League Dark, and also that he was on
to direct.
While Guillermo Del Toro may no longer be directing, Justice
League Dark is a big priority for Warner Bros, and now
Warner Bros has a high profile producer on board.
Scott Rudin (Steve Jobs) is set to produce the long delayed
project, and he is pushing hard to get the movie made.
Tweaks are at the moment been made to Del Toro's script,
and talks with protential directors are set to start soon.
Warner Bros plan to start shooting on the project in 2016.
Our friends over at Tracking Board, reveal that the movie
involves
"a series of ancient tomes stolen by a madman hellbent on the destruction of humanity. When he learns of this, occult detective John Constantine seeks out a group of heroes that specialize in the mystic and arcane in order to save the world."
John Constantine and The Swamp Thing I can not wait.
