3 down one to go, we now know who will be playing the Black
PowerRanger
The Black PowerRanger will be played by another
relative new comer Ludi Lin. Lin will be joining the
previously announced Naomi Scott (The Martian, Terra
Nova) as the Pink Ranger and Dacre Montgomery as the
Red Ranger.
Again Lin was announced by the PowerRangers official
Instagram page.
Lionsgate The PowerRangers has been written by
Screenwriter Zack Stentz and Ashley Miller, and the film
is described as a modern reinvention of the long running
franchise. In it a group of ordinary high school kids find
themselves infused with extraterrestrial powers and must
harness those powers as a team to save the world.
