The Last Starfighter told the story of a human recruited to become a soldier in an
interstellar war as a result of his mad video game skills.
Now after years of waiting it seems that The Last Starfighter may be coming back, but this
time as a TV series.
According to Variety, who also say the series is titled The Starfighter Chronicles, will feature
virtual reality sequences, likely an update of the cabinet arcade game around which much
of the original film centered around. I must admit I loved this film as a kid, so can not wait to
hear more about the TV series.
